Abstract
This article discusses about the organization of the study. Organizational learning is intended as an on going process to continually improve the quality of human resources either individually or as a group in terms of thinking, behaving, creative, and optimize humn potential in learning. In this organization needs a strategy called the strategy of organizing learning. This strategy is intended to organize a presentation of concepts, principles and procedures called micro strategy. While the macro strategy intended to reorganize the entire contents ot the field of study.
