Abstract

Kafa’ah as one of prerequisites for marriage in Islamic Jurisprudence were produced by Islamic Jurists (Fuqaha). Their theory of it was based on God’s revelation and it’s explanation from His messenger (Muhammad Ibn Abdullah). Those were named Al-Qur’an and al-Hadist. Most of middle Islamic Jurists Age as Imam Syafi’I, Hanafi and Maliki agree with it as once of prerequisite for marriage in Islamic Jurisprudence. It contains faith and social stratification of women and man that who want to get marriage. Is the modern Bone’s mulim respond it positive or negative? Most of 20 modern Bone’s Muslim respond it negative and positive. Their negative respond to it in the social stratification and the positive once in the faith (believe).
